Troy Jones is Owner and the Operations Manager of TJM, Inc. He puts his heart and soul into making TJM the best remodeling company that it can possibly be. Whether he's meeting clients, creating designs, doing estimates, or on-the-job work... he does a little bit of it all. Remodeling and construction is his passion, which he takes great pride in. When Troy has spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, working more, camping and hitting the lake.

Owner - Office Manager
Jennifer is Owner and the Office Manager of TJM, Inc. She is in charge of the Accounts Payable Department. Jennifer makes sure everyone gets paid, which is very important. She also enjoys being involved in the material selections part of the remodeling process. When Jennifer is not at TJM, she stays busy with her 2nd job, being a full time mother. She enjoys spending time with family, walking, camping and boating.

Katie Rhodes
DESIGN & SCHEDULING
Katie started with TJM in January 2020. She graduated from Indiana University Southeast with a Bachelors of Fine Arts (Concentration in Graphic Design) with a minor in Psychology. Katie is now venturing into our 2D designs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, their two hound dogs, listening to music and making crafts.
Troy "T.J." Jones
PROJECT MANAGER / OFFICE ASSISTANT
TJ officially joined the TJM team in January of 2023, but he is no stranger to TJM. He has previously helped on many projects. TJ graduated from New Albany High School in 2021, and is currently continuing his education. His favorite subject to study is U.S. History. In his spare time, TJ enjoys theatre, movies, music, playing card and board games and the gym.
Chaireth Jones
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Chaireth became a part of the TJM team in 2021. She graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelors of Science in Communication. She is currently furthering her education with a Masters of Arts in Communication. When Chaireth is not working, or attending classes, she enjoys with her boyfriend, family, pups, working out and traveling.

Randall Mason
FIELD SUPERVISOR
Our very first employee, Randall Mason, has been here since 2012. You could call Randall a "Jack of all trades" if you will. He is our Lead Foreman, who specializes in all aspects of remodeling and construction. From drywall to finishes, he does it all and everything in between. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, working on vehicles and spending time with his family.

FIELD TECHNICIAN
Eder joined the TJM Crew in the spring of 2022. He is a hard working individual, who is a true team player. Eder always shows up on time, and is willing to put in extra hours. He specializes in painting and drywall. He continues to grow in every aspect of remodeling. In Eder's free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and playing soccer.

Manuel started with TJM the fall of 2022. He is a hard working individual who is always willing to take on new tasks. Manuel might not say much, but he enjoys listening to music and singing on the jobsites. He specializes in painting and drywall. When Manuel isn't working, he is spending time with family and friends.

Atilano Encarnacion
Atilano became a part of the TJM crew in the summer of 2023. He is laid back and quiet, but his hard work ethic speaks louder than words. Atilano specializes in trim, doors and flooring. He likes to put in the time to do a project right. We are glad to have Atilano on our team.
