Troy Jones is Owner and the Operations Manager of TJM, Inc. He puts his heart and soul into making TJM the best remodeling company that it can possibly be. Whether he's meeting clients, creating designs, doing estimates, or on-the-job work... he does a little bit of it all. Remodeling and construction is his passion, which he takes great pride in. When Troy has spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, working more, camping and hitting the lake.

Owner - Office Manager
Jennifer is Owner and the Office Manager of TJM, Inc. She is in charge of the Accounts Payable Department. Jennifer makes sure everyone gets paid, which is very important. She also enjoys being involved in the material selections part of the remodeling process. When Jennifer is not at TJM, she stays busy with her 2nd job, being a full time mother. She enjoys spending time with family, walking, camping and boating.

Jason Watts
PROJECT MANAGER
Jason became a part of the TJM Team in early 2025. He specializes in multiple areas of construction, such as, HVAC and concrete work. Beyond those areas of expertise, he has a well rounded understanding of construction. That is why we knew Jason would make a great Project Manager at TJM. Outside of work, Jason enjoys being with his family, and cheering for the UK Wildcats.
Katie Rhodes
DESIGN & SCHEDULING
Katie started with TJM in January 2020. She graduated from Indiana University Southeast with a Bachelors of Fine Arts (Concentration in Graphic Design) with a minor in Psychology. Katie has now started creating the 2D/3D designs for commercial and residential remodels. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, and their two beagles.

Randall Mason
FIELD SUPERVISOR
Our very first employee, Randall Mason, has been here since 2012. You could call Randall a "Jack of all trades" if you will. He is our Lead Foreman, who specializes in all aspects of remodeling and construction. From drywall to finishes, he does it all and everything in between. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, working on vehicles and spending time with his family.

FIELD TECHNICIAN
Manuel started with TJM the fall of 2022. He is a hard working individual who is always willing to take on new tasks. Manuel enjoys listening to music and singing on the jobsites. He specializes in drywall, painting and flooring. When Manuel isn't working at TJM, he is doing landscaping as his "side hustle", and watching boxing.

Michael Nale
Michael's path crossed ours when he came into TJM for a showroom meeting for a kitchen remodel. During the meeting, he ended up filling out an application. Everything worked out just right, and he's been here ever since March of 2024. Michael is a hardworking individual, who is great at team work! We are grateful to have him be apart of the TJM team.
Dario's journey with TJM began in early 2025. Dario is a very hardworking individual. He is always eager to learn more, and always willing to put in the extra work. Dario specializes in painting, and does an amazing job at it. When Dario isn't working, he is spending time with his family and friends.
